Assistant Coach
Pete
enters his first season as an assistant coach for Georgia Prep Sports
Academy and 3rd season overall at the collegiate level. Coach Pete comes
to us from Dickinson State University in North Dakota, where he served
as the running backs coach. He also had responsibilities in organizing
campus recruiting visits and helped with player development for two
seasons. In addition to this he helped organized the intramural program
at Dickinson State as well as assisted in the day to day athletic
department duties. Coach Pete was heavily involved in the recruiting
process, he established most of his success through the Western Region
of the country with Junior College and High School prospects. He coached
two all-conference running backs, combining over 2,000 yards rushing and
nearly 20 touchdowns in 2014. Coach Pete takes extreme pride in the
recruiting process and is a firm believer of establishing a great
relationship and gaining trust with the prospect.
Pete is a Riverside County, California native which is 50 miles east
of Los Angeles; he likes to call it “Home of the Brave.” Coach Pete
was a defensive lineman for the University of Wisconsin-River Falls
and Dakota College at Bottineau. While at Bottineau he earned
honorable mention honors and played full back in special packages.
Pete holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Studies and a minor in
Coaching from Dickinson State University. He hopes to one day pursue
his education more and become the best recruiter in the nation at the
FCS and FBS level.
