Rose
Irby Wilkins is a prolific educator and entrepreneur with
extensive experience in creating and delivering products and services
that enhance productivity, performance and fiscal management. Rose
recognizes the significant challenges confronting school leaders as they
strive to provide viable tools to promote student performance with
ever-changing funding patterns. Her extensive background as a teacher,
behavior specialist, school administrator and grant writer provides a
clear understanding of how to garner support to meet the needs of
families, faculty and educational organizations. She has also been
responsible for procurement of extensive public and private funding
through grants, corporate sponsorships and other donations.
Rose has published several innovative programs designed for pre-school
through high school levels, which focus on personal development and
behavior management.
Rose recently expanded her role in leadership as a professional coach
and trainer for public administrators, corporate managers and nonprofit
leaders. She is currently a doctoral candidate in Organizational
Leadership with a focus on: professional coaching, strategic recruitment
and retention, diversity training and global leadership facilitation.
Rose is owner and principal consultant of the Irby Wilkins Group, LLC, a
