Stuart
Gottlieb brings a wealth of knowledge to GPSA, a product of Southern
California was a scholarship offensive lineman at the University of
Colorado, and then transferred to Webber State University in Utah.
Drafted by the Dallas Cowboys, he finished his NFL career with the
Washington Redskins. After a year with Edmonton in the CFL he started
his coaching career with stops at North Carolina State, he moved back to
Utah and spent 2 years on the BYU staff as a graduate assistant before
getting a position in California at a highly rated public school.
Stuart met his Georgia born wife Robin at a private school where he
coached for 4 years prior to their move to Georgia. His teams in
California still hold state records for passing yardages and while
coaching in Georgia in private schools his teams hold many records in
passing as well. After serving as a clinician for the NIKE QB camps
Stuart will serve as Offensive Coordinator/QB coach for GPSA, until
his retirement from football. He has two sons Nolan and Tyler who have
both graduated from college.
